To maintain our competitive artisanal pricing and ensure the highest quality of hand-stitching, our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is strictly 200 pieces per design and color.
You can upload your branding through our Inquiry Form or email it to us after your order is confirmed. For the best deep-embossing results, we require high-resolution files in .AI, .PDF, or .PNG format.
In line with our bespoke ordering process, our design team will create and send your Professional Digital Mockup within 24-48 hours after payment is received. You are entitled to 3 rounds of free revisions to ensure perfection.
We use Premium Soft-Touch Vegan Leather. It is durable, water-resistant, and cruelty-free, offering a luxury look and feel that aligns with modern ethical standards in North America.
While digital mockups are free with every order, physical samples are available upon request for a fee (production cost + international express shipping). Please contact our concierge for a custom sample quote.
Yes! We offer Complimentary Express Shipping to the USA & Canada for all orders using our Standard Boutique Packaging (Eco-Rustic Kraft Paper). If you opt for Premium Packaging (Acrylic Boxes or Luxury Gift Boxes), a shipping surcharge will apply due to the increased package volume.
The total process typically takes 5 to 6 weeks. This includes 3–4 weeks for meticulous hand-crafting and approximately 7–10 business days for international express delivery.
While all sales are final for custom items, we stand by our work. If there is a manufacturing defect, please provide a clear unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a fair resolution.
